Citizens tell Leonard to stick with effort limiting duct tape
By Monday afternoon, 68 people had sent Portland City Commissioner Randy Leonard their thoughts on a proposed law that would make it "unlawful to paint, tape or otherwise mark public property or place objects in the right of way for the purpose of reserving space for a parade event."
