Duct Tape Child Care
Keith Holbrook, an ex-child care worker, found Duct Tape ideal for constraining difficult children. Apparently the state of Pennsylvania thinks otherwise. I found a teacher's forum where a teacher at the daycare found out about this and was asking her peers if she should report it to the state. She says, "My friend is one of the directors and I know she would be so mad if it were reported but I think if they cover it up it makes it 10 times worse!" Well, it was reported, and now you are forever imortalized on Duct Tape News.
