Mom in duct tape case in court
Amber Green, 23, and her fiance, Lee Smith, 29, both of 100 Salisbury St., face two counts of assault and battery for duct-taping Green's 5- and 6-year-old children to chairs and posting pictures of them crying on Myspace.com.
